This is a clear protective cover for the front of the LM-0750W.  The cover's primary function is to prevent damage to the LCD panel, especially from fingers that may poke and prod at the screen.  The cover simply veclros (provided) to the front of the monitor and is easily removable.  This inexpensive clear cover is an easy way to safeguard the LCD panel and is much less expensive to replace if it gets scratched or damaged than replacing the LCD panel itself.

Available in both a standard clear version and an Anti-Reflective Coating  (ARC) version, simply specify when ordering.  Please note that the ARC version does not significantly reduce the glare that may come from the LCD panel itself, but rather cuts down on any additional glare that the protective cover may otherwise produce.  For bright environments or outdoor use we still recommend using our 7" monitor hood, which can be used simultaneously with this clear protective cover.
