To control more than one monitor from a single iPod Touch, iPhone,
or iPad you will need to purchase 1
WiFi Receiver per monitor, or you will need 1 WiFi Reciever and will need to run RS485 connections between monitors, as well as 1 customization license per monitor ($49) to be controlled. Additionally, you will be charged a onetime setup fee ($53) that will give you a unique sign-in ID to access your customized layouts. Customized Layouts are typically completed within
24 to 72 hours depending on size and complexity.
Customization not only
allows you to control more than one monitor, but it allows you to
assign a name to each monitor and specify any changes to the button
layout of the basic control panel. All customized layouts are given a
unique Sync Account ID and password so that you can wirelessly sync your
customized control panels. After receiving your order an FSI representative will be in touch with you to go over your options for customization of your control panel.
If you are only planning to control 1 monitor with your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad you DO NOT need to purchase this customization license unless you would like specific changes to the default remote control interface layout.
