| Do you ship to my country? | |
FSI ships to over 140 countries worldwide. European customers can order directly from our European sales and service center (located in Belgium) directly from ShopFSI.eu or by contacting [email protected]. UK customers can order directly from our UK sales and service center directly from ShopFSI.co.uk or by contacting [email protected]. If your country does not appear in the drop down list upon checkout and you're not located in Europe please E-Mail us at [email protected] for more information on obtaining our products. Our preferred carrier is FedEx and FedEx live rates are provided at ShopFSI.com for your convenience. However, we are also happy to ship via your preferred carrier. FSI can provide you with a shipping estimate for DHL and UPS international shipping services, simply email us at [email protected] with your exact shipping address and the items you would like to order and someone from our sales department will gladly send you a shipping estimate for the requested service. International orders (any orders shipping outside of the US) are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. You will be charged for these fees separately by the carrier (e.g. FedEx). FSI is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. Please note that all credit card orders are processed in US dollars and that specific exchange rates may vary. When viewing pricing in other currencies the checkout screen will always show your final total cost in US Dollars as well, this is the exact amount in dollars that your credit card will be charged. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. For international orders we currently accept most major credit cards and electronic wire transfers. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. | |
