The FSI Solutions CH6RU is a carrying case with integrated hood made of durable cordura and ballistic nylon. It features integrated 6RU rack rails providing near universal support for 6RU and smaller rack-mountable flat panel monitors. The interior of this case protects the monitor with foam padding and a single piece high-impact plastic honeycomb frame. The built in 4-sided hood assists in providing shade for viewing and the adjustable back leg keeps the monitor positioned at the angle best suited for your application. The adjustable back leg can also be lifted to allow the CH6RU to be used in a C-Stand configuration by using a simple C-Stand to VESA adapter attached to your monitor (sold separately).

The back section of this case opens up completely for maximum ventilation and also features two large interior pockets for cables and accessories. This case also features a removable shoulder strap for easy transportation. An optional Rain Cape is also available for the back of the CH6RU to help protect the monitor in damp conditions.

**Please make sure your monitor has rack ears to mount the display to the case’s rack rails and that you choose the correct size case for your monitor. 1RU is 1.75" so the CH6RU can typically accommodate monitors up to 10.5" tall while the CH8RU can typically accommodate monitors up to 14" tall. Usually this means 16" and smaller displays will use the CH6RU while displays larger than 16" and up to approximately 19" will fit best in the CH8RU, but please double check your display’s rack mount height to verify you are selecting the correct case.
