|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. FedEx is our preferred carrier, but FSI can also provide you with DHL and UPS shipping rates if you email us (Sales@FlandersScientific.com) the items you would like to order and your exact shipping address. If your total order exceeds a weight threshold better suited for freight rather than standard shipping services then no shipping options will be listed and you should contact Flanders Scientific at Sales@FlandersScientific.com for a customized freight quote.

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
We accept returns for refund within 10 calendar days of delivery. Additionally, we will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Please note the following conditions regarding returned items:
The return policy is designed to allow you to evaluate an FSI product at minimal financial risk. To that end and to prevent abuse of the return policy you may only return 1 of each model type for refund. For example, you cannot purchase and return three of the same monitor model. With this in mind we strongly suggest that customers interested in evaluating an FSI monitor for multiple piece purchases start by purchasing a single unit for evaluation so they may return the unit for refund should it not be suitable for the application in question.
Refunds, store credits, and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it(them).
You MUST obtain an RMA # from FSI before shipping your return product to FSI. Return shipments not accompanied by a valid RMA # will not be accepted or eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
International Customers: If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the undamaged merchandise.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately (within 24 hours) so that we can resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

|When will my order ship?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Orders for In Stock items placed before 3pm ET Monday-Friday typically ship same day. Orders for In Stock items received after 3pm or on weekends will typically ship on the next business day. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
